Göcek Sailing School opened in 1996 with an expert team comprising:

• DUNCAN P.RAY, who managed the company with his wife Carol until 2005.
• ERKAN ERTUNÇ joined the company as manager in 2005.
• PORTWAY’s technicians are BARIŞ DIKMEN; the chief technician and responsible for everything; IKSAN SERT is the engineer; FERHAT SAHIN is the electrician and the deckhand is EROL TÜRKMEN.
• GÜLSAY TÜRKMEN, PORTWAY’s and her team of cleaning staff, keep all the boats ship-shape and gleaming.
